Superior Corn

Superior Corn engages in creation of field crops, particularly corn. Besides sweet corn Union F1, we produce seeds for corn and furažni hybrid designed for high quality flour used for cooking.
Macro trials in 2011 showed that Superior Corn has to offer corn Bećar F1 which can be compared with European hybrids. Our experience in the production of vegetable seeds and our logistics gives us good basis for further work in this field. Superior Corn, in cooperation with LK hybrid, has a large maize gene bank where we do crossing of hybrids and get about 400 hybrids each year. On trial field they are tested in different breeding systems where we measure yield, grain number, stem thickness and several other parameters. 
Our people are a resource that gives us the right to engage in market competition. We know that we can produce seeds, deliver to every village and respond to request of local farmers. In the future, we plan to expand maize varieties with early maturity group FAO 300. As climatic factors and sudden weather changes occur there is will be require for a change in crop mode and change in corn hybrids.
